The Rockettes are a precision dance company.

They’ve been performing at Radio City Music Hall since the 1930s.

The Rockettes are best known for the annual Christmas show the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.

Many of us probably remember going to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular with friends or family when we were kids.

Any dancer will tell you that it takes a lot of hard work to become a professional dancer.

It requires years of training, exercising, and stretching.

Part of what makes The Rockettes so incredible is their amazing precision.

They practice a lot to keep in perfect time with each other.

The Rockettes are famous for their high kicks, but everything else has to be in step too.

A recent Rockettes video had the whole Internet talking.

The Rockettes’ official Instagrampage posted the video with the caption “Fun fact: Every Spring, we get back up for next Fall.”

The Rockettes were dressed as toy soldiers and fell backward in mesmerizing slow motion.

A prop cannon went “boom” and their leader gave them the cue.

One by one, the 36 Rockettes fell backward.

The audience was mesmerized by how precisely The Rockettes did their fall backward.

The fall was accompanied by slow music.

They all linked arms and fell back into each other.

In the end, the leader of the toy soldiers guided the group back onto a pillow.

Then the toy soldiers sat up and gave a friendly salute before the curtain closed.
